McDonald's Nudgee Service Centre

Absolutely terrible.... After having to correct them at the register for not listening when placing my order, they still forgot to put the correct items in my bag so I had to come back to the store to get the missing items, and also ordered 4 burgers all with no pickles they all still came with pickles.nIt was not a complicated order, and the fact that they got it wrong, again, even with a very easy to understand order right in front of them as they make my order ridiculous.nnMy advice....n-Listen to your customers as they tell you their order, and make certain you got it all right.n-Read the order very carefully when preparing the order.n-read the order again as you are bagging it up.nnThis is an ongoing problem, train your staff properly, ensure that stick to their training.nnMacdonald's has to be (in theory)the most organized fast-food company in the world, you have policies and procedures for everything, but every single time I visit one of your stores, there is ALWAYS an issue.nI enjoy your food, but the lack of care in the way the food is prepared and served is disgraceful, it's as if you don't even care about the customers.

Hey, let's all 6 people at the front ignore they guy waiting to order.nWhen he asks if your taking new orders, or are you shut, don't tell him to wait a minute, I have for 2 already

Not much you can say about a Macca's really, they're mostly all the same and this one os no different. The service is usually good. The few burgers I've had from here have been prepared well. It gets very busy at times, but they seem capable of staying on top of orders well.

Not that busy but ordered pancakes they forgot condiments and the hash browns were soft and just cooked
