I have used Ray Frankel and his team twice now and both times they have done a great job. Most recently he and his team removed two walls and built a kitchen and bathroom at my place at Lota which is a 99 year old building. Their workmanship is second to none and they are reliable, flexible, friendly and their rates are very reasonable.nI found Ray himself to be a very amicable person dedicated to reaching the desired outcome I wished to achieve.

Ray has been really helpful sorting out the hurdles that these old post war homes present when renovating.
