I actually really enjoy this store until any of the female front counter staff open their mouths. Its like they think they're better than everyone. Big power trips in there. Other than that it's a constant delight and my favourite CW store

Worst experience for flu vaccine. I will go to Priceline Pharmacy for flu vaccine next time.

I prefer this store over other Chemist Warehouses. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The wait is reasonable for scripts to be filled. We get our flu shots here each year. It is a smaller store than usual but I haven't had an issue finding products.

Someone beind the counter, said my son was and I quote...*a disable waste of life*nnTy for your understanding and honestly.nnSadly was also gang-stalkd here as well.

WORST ‘Customer Service’ I have EVER experienced! Purchased a portable nebuliser last year. 2 year warranty. Told me to ring the manufacturer. The End.nnLong story short, manufacturer tells me the store COULD have replaced on the spot then sent it to them to be tested. Instead I have to wait for an envelope. Mail to Melbourne. Them test. Mail back to me either fixed or a new one.nnToo bad for my asthmatic 5yo in the mean time. ud83dude44nnWould NOT recommend buying anything more than basic prescriptions. Maybe they mess them up too!!!
