Its been great since we joined True Technique. I’ve never been motivated to get up early in the morning for workouts. Its a small group class which encourages other members to motivate each other and Coach Tim can also focus on individuals to teach the right technique and proper movement. You will also find Hugo (the friendly dog) who is present everyday, to greet and cheer everyone for pushing themselves to become better.
