This gym would be awesome if it had some kind of boxing bag
This gym is well suited to both hiit and strength focused clients. The gym is split in two sides. It has plenty of squat racks and benches so you’re never having to wait. It has plenty of natural light and parking is always available out the front.

Brilliant set up! Clean and spacious with all the equipment you could ask for. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Glad to have joined up. 10/10 would recommend
