I can honestly say I have had no problem whatsoever with this chemist, I have been going there for just over 7 yrs and have found all the staff and the chemist guys that do the scripts ever so friendly and very knowledgeable and very very helpful, nothing is a bother to them. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Had to go today and get some antibiotics for my son. The pharmacist went through the medicine and also told me about giving Panadol and Nurofen which I wasn't sure about. I would recommend this pharmacy and will use it in the future as its hard to find decent pharmacies anymore.
Have been in here a few times - the manager here, an older woman with dark hair, wears glasses - she is very rude and disrespectful to customers and seemingly always in a bad mood. Some of the other staff seem nice, they deserve a better manager for sure.
I purchased one box of face masks on 30 January 2020 and paid $200. I was not told by any staffs the items could not be refund. After ONE day, my friend went to the store and bought the same item, BUT she paid only $100!!!!! I just wanted to refund the difference prices, but the staff refused me and told me masks came from different warehouses, so the prices are different. It is really FUNNY!!! The experience is sooooo bad. The owner will be quite rich by selling face masks.
