Staff member charged me for a product I did not want, not paying attention to her work then short changed me when I went back to show her mistake. I had an appointment to go to and so did not get full refund. Not going back there... rude staff, too busy to pay attention to customers

I was served by ben i asked for a pain killer doctor prescribed the medicine and emailed me. He said the prescription is illegal as it needs to be sent to pharmacy not patient. and asked me to get out. Extremely rude Karma will get him back. I went to different chemist they had no problem giving me medication as they verified barcodes and other stuff. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Go to a different chemist unless you want to be insulted. I would add pictures of my legit prescription with my details blacked out but couldn’t Upload in my phone.

It's a shame people are leaving such bad reviews about this great pharmacy. I have shopped here for a number of years and have consistently received fabulous customer service with a smile. I have found their prices to be competitive and in no way have I found there to be any gross overpricing.nnThe owner is a great guy with a fabulous sense of humour and a big heart. In relation to the masks he gives them to you for free if you're a pensioner and gives a massive discount if you're actually in his community.nnHe is also upset about the mask pricing publicity and showed me his invoice which lists the cost of a box of 50 3 ply surgical masks box total of $108.90 so that's $2.18 per mask.

The old pharmacy assistants are very rude and condescending...

Impeccable service and very helpful staff! I am saddened to see the things people are writing about this chemist when I and all those in my family have only ever had a positive experience. Amazing service and always with a smile. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
