I've been to a lot of cobblers but they guys at Mister Minit Mount Gravatt have been my go-to for the longest time. They are able to turn out what I want everytime while also going well and beyond whats needed to unsure that I walk away feeling like my money was well spent. Overall , amazing service done in a timely manner provided by people that care and respect their customers.

ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS!!!!nnI bought programmable garage door remote. Came home to find out that the garage door remote was not even close to the one on the label outside. My partner went back to get a refund but this rude employee Kane had the audacity to call it as change of mind and refused refund. This engraver turned lawyer kept quoting some ACCC rule which allows them to get away without refunding. He wanted to replace it with a new one that will come after 3-5 days but didn't understand that we don't want to do any business with someone who is rude and blatantly being a bully to cover their fraudulent business practices. I warned him that this will be reported to ACCC to which he tried to call security on me.nI feel sorry for the owner who wasn't there and letting this guy single handily ruin the business.nnThis has been reported to ACCC with all the evidences.

Found more reliable, more friendly and much, much cheaper service elsewhere but only after it was too late to get a refund here unfortunately

I got a medal engraved this morning by Kane and I couldn’t be happier. The guys there were friendly, courteous and professional. Very happy with result and I’ll be returning again soon...will also be telling my family/friends. Thanks again, Gabby
