Selective Fine Fabrics

I can't believe I've only just found this shop! It reminded me of what fabric shopping used to be when I was a child (out for a trip with my grandmother), before the big chain stores took over: beautiful quality fabrics of all kinds at every turn. I went in looking for velvets, and came out with exactly what I needed and more. The fabric collection is wonderful, and the shopping experience is excellent. So many gorgeous fabrics to browse, and excellent service. I received perfect advice for which velvet would work best for my project, as well as a lovely lining fabric for a 'spur of the moment' fabric find that I had to take home with me. I will definitely be coming back, just so wonderful! Thank you!

Today was my second visit to their new store in Upper Mt Gravatt. I bought beautiful fabrics at Selective Fine Fabrics, to sew over the Christmas break. Anna was so welcoming and helpful with everything. She even insisted I bring my dog into the store to enjoy the aircon while I made my selections!! My dog was loving every bit of love and attention she got there. Thank you for the wonderful service.

A wonderful experience when dealing with the fabulous ladies at Selective Fine Fabrics. Anna & Louise are amazing to deal with and have helped me out immensely when deciding on fabrics for my daughters wedding. Totally love the new store on Logan Rd Upper Mt Gravatt, it's so light & airy and makes Shopping there an absolute pleasure, not to mention the vast range of superb fabrics!!
