New store is great, friendly staff, always very helpful

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.nFirst incident: I go in expressing my Riley jeans are faded after one wash. She advises me to “have a go” at re dying them.nSecond incident: I receive a faulty item from online. I was advised to take in store for refund. Store girl tells me store policy is only a credit note. No, love. Australian law is refund for faulty items regardless of whether it’s sale or not. She calls me the next day to let me know Manager has repeated her idiocy.nOnline were much more competent at their jobs and issue is now sorted (as it should’ve been by Garden City)nNever shopping there again. Not worth the money at all.

Come into your shop on Saturday and was completely ignore by 2 rude girls talking away I wanted to buy something but no one come up to me i definitely won’t be coming back to this store the girl with black hair was trying on clothes for herself instead of helping me !!
