Tree of Life (Garden City)

Drove all the way from another store to pick up 2 floor cushions that I had called up and put aside. Sophie had not only put aside the wrong colour but the wrong size. Disappointed really

I have always loved tree of life and always will but the customer service received in the Mr Gravatt Store today was terrible. The staff treated me like I was a liar and looked at me like I was beneath them. In a store that has always promoted kindness I was left feeling anything but.
