Amazing experience in store today. All team members were welcoming and happy to help me out. Trying to find a dress in winter is HARD - props to your product team for having more than one option available, unlike other retailers! I had a frustrating morning wandering the shopping centre unable to find a style I liked, let alone in my size! Your Mt Gravatt team was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they really turned my shopping experience around. Working in retail is tough (I do it too), please let your team know that their hard work and dedication is worth it and appreciated.

The young woman with the orange/red hair should receive a sales person of the year award, she was amazing but headoffice they definitely need a bigger shop at Garden City please.

Emily is the sweetest. My sister went in just looking for a few items but Emily went above and beyond to find her stuff she would have never picked out for herself. I’ve never seen my sister so confident in a dress before! While I was waiting she even had a chat to me and is just genuinely the nicest people I’ve ever met!! We ended up spending over an hour in the shop choosing different outfits for her. All the staff are always so helpful and kind is a nice change of pace and feels like a small business rather than a clothing store. Definitely recommend if you got free time go ask for Emily to style you!!

My wifes favourite clothing store. We originally shop at the robina store with the lovely staff there. Recomend!nNow we are in Brisbane we shop at the Gardens city store. Tori who works here was very lovely helping me with shopping for a winter pull over/hoody, as my wife was not able to come. Tori was a great help, thankyou Tori.nCity chic is great for fuller figured ladies looking for quality and fashion. My wifes first stop for clothing of all occasions, and under garments that are good fitting, good quality and with that sexy look most larger bras and things do not offer.nWe have purchased clothing for the ballet and clothing for casual wear many times.nCould not recommend these two stores any further.nThanks city chic

5 stars for this store and the beautiful customer service! I walked in and was greeted with beautiful and comfortable manner. The gorgeous girl working had a bubbly and easy-to-get-along with personality. Was not pushy for sales but did a fantastic job in being helpful and generous. First time shopping there and will be back for sure. Left the store feeling beautiful and happy. Keep it up! :) Oh and the clothes are AWESOME.
