Roughly a year ago I put down a $50 deposit on a suit for a wedding in March 2020, the wedding got delayed due to Covid and the shop advised me I can collect my suit or retrieve my $50 at any time with no time limit.nnToday I walked in to get my $50 back and the man behind the counter advised me that they cancelled the deposits 6 weeks after the phone call was made. If I was aware that there was a time limit I would have obviously come down to get my money.nnI have been stolen from by Taro Cash, the man behind the counter showed me no remorse and almost came across as gloating about the fact that no one came back to get their money so they kept all of the refunds.nnI can't believe that this man could show me such anti-social and disrespectful behaviour to my face. Please do not shop at the Garden City Taro Cash store if you are looking to place a deposit on clothing as they will not honour their returns.

Tarocash Garden City provided the best shopping experience I have ever had in a menswear store and I'm now in my 8th decade. I needed to purchase a suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding and I'm not usually easy to fit. However, Silvana, the store manager looked after me and nothing was spared to get me 'suited' to perfection! Thank you Tarocash for an absolutely wonderful shopping experience.
