CrossFit Torian

Incredible place. I was travelling around Australia, and found out Tia Toomey was going to be training there, so I went like 5 times the same day to meet her (I did meet her after all). All the staff working there was so nice.nThe day after, I went training in the morning and the coaches and people were the best.nThe place is amazing. I really enjoyed my visit.

I started off really enjoying this gym! It had a great atmosphere and I found the coaches really helpful!nnAfter pulling a muscle in my back after a WOD, my physio advised me that it would be best to not do any strenuous exercise until I had recovered. I decided to cancel my membership with the full intension of coming back.nnI sent across an email advising I needed to cancel my membership and I was advised that I needed to pay a 2 week cancelation fee (I thought this was unfair, as I was physically unable to utilize the Gym after injuring myself) and was advised to go through the WODIFY app to complete the cancelation. After cancelling, Torian continued to debit my account for another 7 weeks.nnAfter emailing to advise of the issue, I received a response a week later advising that 6 weeks had been refunded, however I was not refunded the additional week and I was not refunded the admin fees that was charged.nnAfter discussing this issue with Darcia over the phone, she very rudely laughed at me when I mentioned that I had not received a refund for the 1 additional week or the administration fee that was deducted from their admin mistake.nnI will not be going back to this Gym after this experience and I am quite disappointed by the service, level of respect and support I had received after injuring myself.nnIf you are thinking of canceling your membership, do so a few days before your new fortnightly payment is taken out, otherwise they will charge you a full months cancelation fee + the administration fee.

Amazing box and really top notch coaching!nIn my 11 years of CrossFit I've visited a lot of Boxes and I know these guys at CF Torian are doing an outstanding job.
