Let's start of with Tinh's craftsmanship, it's actually really great and very professional. I got my white dress shirt, which was brand new from YD altered as it was too long for me and she did an excellent job. She also adjusted the sleeves where the buttons weren't aligned to begin with.nnTo follow with the entire experience, Tinh is a very unique character. Very outspoken and speaks her mind a lot. She loves to talk about world and local politics. Terrible customers service. The lady (Tim) is very rude and showed clearly she did not want to do the job, so I told her to forget about it and that I would go to another place where the customer is treated nicely and with respect. She didn't ever care and told me to go.
