This shop was one of the most helpful I have been in! Lilani asked me exactly what i was looking for and really made such an effort to help me find the perfect bridesmaid dress. She was fantastic! She even made suggestions that I hadn't thought of before and was so honest about every dress - it was obvious she knows what she is doing! Compared to other stores I have visited to find dresses this one was the most helpful and with the most choice! Highly recommend!

My girlfriend found a dress she loved in this store but had to think about it as it was a big decision. I work in the city so when she decided she wanted it she sent me in to get it for her. I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to get but she sent me a description. When I got to the store the sales staff were extremely helpful and even remembered my girlfriend from that weekend. They new the dress straight away when I read them the description and it was such a quick and easy experience. Really friendly staff and my girlfriend said to say she absolutely loves her dress and the store.

I walked into store on Saturday with my sisters and friend looking for two formal gowns for my sisters who are twins and are graduating this year. We were not greeted as we walked in - fine, we can deal with that. We were later approached by a lady who told us we can not try on dresses unless mums are present. Now the reason I came in with my sisters is because that’s not possible. And I don’t think it’s appropriate at all to say this. I told her that I am the guardian of these girls, and we were looking to buy a dress THAT DAY. Her response was then only serious buyers can look. I’m not sure what gave her the impression that we were not looking to purchase a dress, and if we received better service two dresses might have been purchased today. Service was terrible, and I would not recommend this store to any one, seriously shocked at the comments made, avoid at all costs.

Customer service was awful, my sister and I weren’t even greeted when we walked in. And when I looked at the store she proceeded that in order to try on more than three dresses I needed my mother in the store. She took one look at me and TOLD me what size I was. I had tried on two dresses and when my sister went to put back three (one I didn’t try on) she looked at the dress told me “bit to small for you.” When my sister and I said no she looked me up and down and said “but it’s wasn’t loose around your waist it would have been tight.” And she fought me on the fact that It would have been to small. Then proceeded to tell my sister and I that we were done trying on dresses and that I needed to come back another time. Which I told we wasn’t possible, and she fought me on that I could come on a weekend or late night shopping. But I work weekends and friday’s then she proceeded to say that my mum can come down today, even though I had told we my mother is working for the third time. The whole time we were there she didn’t talk to us, help us find a dress or even talk to me to see how the fit was. Instead she pranced around the store to all the people who did have their mums and helped them instead. This woman working needs to be fired, to make a 17 year old girl feel fat, when all she wants is to look pretty and grab that perfect dress is appalling. If any mother respects their child and doesn’t want them to be treated like this without their presence don’t go here! And those rules need to be updated so that kids who don’t have mums and mums that work multiple jobs to pay for food, can still try on dresses and feel special for there formal.

My experience there was awful. I went in to look at wedding dresses that were on sale and asked if I could try one on. The lady said that the dress wouldn't fit me and suggested to try a cheaper shop with stretchy material . Not a very kind thing to say to a potential customer ,would never suggest anyone go.
