Betty! Is an angel! This woman saved our life and made my day and my daughters day! She just started this new school and I came late to store and this beautiful kind woman out of this world extraordinary helped out after hours and not only just provided uniform but she gave us advices and recommendation. Honestly you are so lucky to have her and i will look forward to come back to store. Thank you Betty, its so great to have people like you who truly care about others.

Disgusting customer service! As soon as I walked in one of the employees was being incredibly rude to another customer and talking to him with all attitude, it seems like you have to chase after them just so they can give you a hand. Don’t get a job in customer service if you’re gonna be awful to the customers that are paying.There’s no need to be grumpy or ignorant to customers that are just looking to purchase school uniform for their kids. If you don’t like your job in customer service simply don’t waste other people’s time and money being horrible towards them because it certainly doesn’t give your shop a good look!

Terrible rude customer service! I needed a couple of items for my son first year of high school. So I went to the store in January 2020. They didn't have the size for all of the items so I grabbed what they got which was 1 polo shirt. I paid for the rest of the items, gave them my contact details which they said they should have the items by next week so they will call me. No one called so we went to the store, they said we should have came back earlier because they don't have any in stock. They told me to come back in two weeks and one of the item will be ready to be picked up in 4 months. Still nothing! Yet other people we know were able to buy their uniforms on the day in February without complications. Some of the people we know who has been there a few times also complained of rudeness and slowness from staff. Also staff seem to have favourite customers. We are going into winter and I am still waiting.

I would like to say a huge thank you to ladies at the Liverpool store ..nnI went to the Liverpool store with my friend and her son who has special needs, the store was extremely busy on the Thursday we went but that did not stop your staff member named Betty from being very accommodating to her son. He can be a handful and very loud with many questions, while Betty was busy serving other customers she kept on answering his questions with a smile.nAnd the other staff member Sarah she was very patient and extremely helpful regarding the sizing.nIt is very refreshing knowing that there is people that still care.nThank you very much ladies.

Avoid at all costs, You will never find ruder than these people, zero customer service, so arrogant, they treat you with a grumpy face like you're a beggarnnI call all parents to go somewhere else, teach them to treat people with respect
