Power Steam Cleaning

Great experience from Peter in the office to Luan who did the job - both very friendly and professional. Very happy with the result - clean and fresh carpets and lounge and with great care taken in the process. They charge a premium price compared to other quotes I got but I didn't want to penny pinch and get an inferior result. With so many great reviews I decided to go with them and was not disappointed.

Recently, my dog who is house trained has started to urinate on the carpet in our study. I had tried to get the smell out but as it had seeped through into the underlay I wasn’t having any success. And because I couldn’t get rid of the smell, it was just making him go in that room more often! I was at my wits end about what to do with it because I didn’t want that behaviour to continue but unless I could remove the smell, I was worried that it would and we’d end up needing to replace the carpet.nnFortunately I came across Power Steam Cleaning who were able to remove the odour from the underlay (simply steam cleaning the carpets wouldn’t have been enough). I could not have been more impressed with what they were able to do - they didn’t simply mask they smell, but they were able to neutralise it so that my carpets smell new and clean again and not like urine! Even better, they were at my house within about 2 hours of my phone call... on a Saturday afternoon! They did an excellent, thorough, professional job and I was very appreciative that they took the time to explain things to me and give me some great suggestions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned (especially if you find yourself in the same situation that I was in with a naughty pup!)
