Kate and her team of epic women are genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. The classes can be modified to your level of fitness and skill, all you need is the want to be there so don’t be scared to try it.nI love it, great place and the community of women that go here are super encouraging.nIf you’re looking for something different you’ll find it here, the difference is they care.

MissFit is an amazing community of Women. I am so thankful that I found this fantastic place. MissFit caters for all levels of fitness and has such a positive energy about it. All the Trainers and members are very supportive of one another. I’ve never met such Strong, Fit and Encouraging women!

I have been training at MissFit for about four years now and have never felt more strong and healthy. The classes are great every time and the team there make you feel welcome. They really do care about you achieving your goals. The community of women is inspiring. Highly recommend!!!!

The classes are very challenging and not one is the same. It's a supportive environment where you can't hide at the back of class. Other members are caring and encouraging. Choice between paying for just a gym membership, just classes or both. You pay more for classes than a regular gym membership but it's totally worth it. I have loved training at MissFit, there is a real sense of community. All of the trainers are encouraging and welcoming, they push you when you need it and offer support when you've had a hard night with bubs! I can't recommend MissFit enough!! It is an awesome place to train.
