The workers in this shop was very lovely n friendly except of the owner who was very arrogant and firstly he didn’t want to show us the clothes properly, then he got upset that my friend had put aside 5 outfits but decided to buy 3 from that and he refused to sell anyone of the 5 outfit just because we were not taking 5. First time in my life I experienced such customer service that owner gets angry n refuses to sell anything. Good on you Sai Emporium for being the rudest n most unprofessional.nJust because you selling for everything for $100 gives you right to treat customers like that.nEven selling ripped clothes for $100.nThe worst customer service.

Went to so many stores on this strip.Other stores were $450+ for a simple unstitched lehenga, but I got one from Sai Emporium for $150. Same quality. Same look.nTry this store first before you go to others that will try to over charge you! :)

Very bad customer service. The owner kept pushing us to buy something from the time we entered the shop and when we were leaving, started to curse us in front of the staff.

Very Bad Customer Service the owner guy is very rude, Even I bought two Sarees and one blouse of cost $ 530 because my mom liked it and she didn't understand his language. I will never go that store and never recomend others.
