The entire team, Taylor at reception and Kate Cherry ( my usual physio) but also the numerous other physio's I have seen in her absence from time to time, are absoloutly fantastic, all so friendly and caring. I dont think there is any better out there!

Kate was very helpful in identifying the cause behind the lower back symptoms from running. She provided a few exercises which has been successful in overcoming the issue and improving my distance.
