Excellent customer service. The staff are lovely, especially the pharmacists and student pharmacists. They always go out of their way to make sure all my questions and concerns are answered. A very neat and tidy store also. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Chemists refuse service of simple over the counter medicines for toddlers, despite doctors instructing (multiple times) to use that particular medicine. Rude, long wait times.

Update your website trading hours! You are supposed to be open until 9pm on a Thursday ... but you’re closed
