Jack & Will's Takeaway and Burger Joint

We ate here today and ordered a double cheeseburger, j&w deluxe and and cheese & bacon loaded fries. Burgers were delicious. We love a good burger so we were very happy with them, it's nice that it's close to home too. Wasn't to happy with the fries though. They weren't fresh at all. They were as though they had been put in the microwave with cheese and bacon on top. However we would still come back for the burgers. And the ladies behind the counter were lovely.

Only recently discovered this place, their food is consistently good, it can get expensive if you go for all the options but totally worth it. I'm from a trawler owning family and often get fresh fish, I rarely say this but I can recommend their fish, especially the Bruce Burger - I prefer it crumbed, it's always fresh, thick and delicious.nOwner - Please don't change anything with your flake, I'd happily pay more for you to keep the same supplier if it ever comes down to it.

I am always hesitant to try new Fish&Chip places, but this was seriously a top-shelf experience - and my standards for F&C are lofty. •• The staff were super friendly, and let me order ahead to collect. Servings are huge(!), but more importantly the battered Hoki I got was buttery, ultra fresh, and clearly cooked in clean/new oil. All of it was amazing. I actually ordered 2 pieces of Hoki unaware of the size and had to save 1 for later! I'll definitely be back. ud83dude01

Grabbed their triple cheeseburger and medium chips. Great burger, one of the best I have had and it also came in a very good size. It was worth every dollar spent. The chips were crunchy and fresh. Very impressed and pleased with the meal. Will come back for more.

What a burger joint should be! Been heading to Jack & wills for a bit over a year now and I’ve found they’ve been consistently great! Always using the freshest ingredients and honest about wait times, I’ve gotten a few burgers from the menu and the attention to detail is always on point. Eaten burgers all round the place and happy to have something closer! Keep up the good work yall
