Quality of workmanship, attention to detail, expertise in every aspect of tiling and more, listening to the customers requests, and executing all agreed requirements perfectly.nnI have OCD, and I'm proud to say it! - Peter carefully listened to my specific requests and offered some proactive solutions to my requirements. One such request was 1.5mm separation between all tiles on 600mm x 600mm floor tiles laid throughout, and it was not a small job. Some would say my request was impossible, Peter achieved this, and trust me I checked at the end of each day with detail on all tiles that were laid throughout. He was also available for any questions I had throughout the complete process, and approached each conversation with calm professionalism. I do not normally write reviews, however Perc Tiling deserves praise. This job was completed more than 5 years ago, and we have used Perc Tiling for ALL of our tiling requirements since, and they have NEVER let me down yet!nnSuggestion - have good open communication with the Team, make sure all of your expectations are clear, and if you have any questions throughout the job, ASK, as I am sure you will have the same positive experience I did.nAs I say, clear communication is the key to any success!
