I purchased quite a few items and found the advice from Paul to be excellent. He not only price matched but was very patient as I had to exchange a couple of things due to a change in plans in the renovation. Although the shop is small, their stock lines are plentiful with a great variety to meet most styles and budget. Pretty disappointing. We ordered 2 stone baths and 4 matching basins for a new build. Unfortunately there was a problem with 2 of the basins, the wrong size had been ordered (everything is made in Indonesia) and the correct size would be a few weeks late. They kindly offered to let us keep the smaller basins so we could still complete the house and then we could order the right size down the track. Only issue is that 2 months later, after we’d moved in, we tried to order the correct basins and they told us the price has gone up! Never mind the cost of getting a plumber to come back and install the basins, they want to charge us more for the basins they were supposed to deliver the first time! I’m cool for a company to make honest mistakes but to make us pay for them is flat out unfair.

Paul was friendly and helpful. When I came by to purchase a second item within a few weeks of the first, he gave me a discount on the new item.nnWhen I got the toilet home I noticed part of the cistern was chipped. He quickly agreed to get it replaced without fuss. He just asked for a photo as evidence - so I didn't have to lug it back to the shop. Everything delivered to his shop within a week. Good quality items at a fair price. Really can't ask for more in terms of customer service.

I have recently built a high end bathroom and ensuite and only went to Bathroom Warehouse because my trade supplier did not have the range of electroplated matte black fittings we needed.nI am pleased I did because they have been very price competitive and helpful during the process. For the most recent bits and pieces they have couriered them to my door at no cost.nOf course we have had timing issues with supply of some specialist components but I have been in the game long enough to know that these are usually manufacturer caused and the wholesaler/ retailer is usually the meat in the sandwich. My issues were all handled openly and professionally.
