Knowledgeable, friendly teachers take you through quality classes in an inviting studio. Memberships are good value.
Classes are ok, the better ones I've found in Brisbane, but not excellent. Receptionists/admin can be rude and unhelpful but the teachers are generally lovely individuals. I'd like to see more alignment cues and safer variations offered for people with conditions and/or special needs. One nice feature is that there doesn't seem to be a studio style or philosophy, and each teacher just does 'them'. This makes for inconsistency. And there are frequent subs of teachers so it's hard to know what you're going to get on the day.
A great range of teachers and classes to suit everyone.
Customer service, especially for beginners isn't great - had to ask many questions as there was no introduction to studio and where to find equipment or how to set up for classes. No follow up or interest in personal experience is shown. HOWEVER classes are amazing and teachers are friendly and helpful
