I come to this store often and am always happy. The staff are always willing to help me. They are kind and are usually down for a chat.

Terrible customer service closed the door and went to lunch then when I returned kept me waiting for 15 minutes then started serving the person that walked in after me.nIt’s a shame as the product is good and I have bought it several times for my wife before but I won’t be back to this store again.

5th of June 2020, 3:15pm.nnI was accompanying my ethnic girlfriend to the shops today, with intent of buying a dress for an upcoming party. We arrived here to browse and the lady working behind the counter, had the doors locked.nnI thought, okay, maybe they are closed. But their sign out the front said “shuts at 4:00pm Friday.” The lady looked directly at my girlfriend and then looked at me, before turning her back to us.nnShe continued to ignore our presence even though I made an obvious effort of being noticed; deliberately standing at the front door for a few minutes, waving my hands at her.nnShe would awkwardly glance at us every so often, which I assume was to check if we were gone. Could her ignoring me have something to do with my race? I am a proud Indigenous Australian with prominent features. Eg. Olive skin, large nose. Are your employees here trained to shun away people with Aboriginal traits?nnI find it so disappointing that as an aboriginal man, especially after just finishing Reconciliation week, that we are still being discriminated against.

I had the best experience in Review Indooroopilly this evening. The lovely lady who could not do enough to find what I needed was Setha. Thank you so much I am so looking forward to wearing my Emerald Trina Dress
