Not too sure how well their hearing aid test's are as they didn't even look at our ears just put headphones on us . Doesn't seem to be very professional to me

I am Asian. One sales staff was reluctant to serve me. All other staff have asked me “ are you a member?” for member discount, but this sales staff didn’t ask me the question. I felt she didn’t ask me on purpose to sell me a product for full price. She clearly treated other Caucasian customers better than me. She didn’t smile, at all. Disgraceful. However most sales staff have been good.

Very efficient, friendly staff. Difficult to obtain medication was ordered in and mailed to me within a week. Congratulations great country service.

Friendly and smiling faces. Great for advice regarding medications etc.
