Not hygienic at all. Whole place needs a good cleaning. Surprised there hasn’t been complaints about the state of it

Had been waiting to be served at counter in clear view of manager for 10 minutes and when I politely asked to be served the actual manager (Alex) at 2:31pm rudely told me she was busy and hasn't got the time to take my order at the drop of a hat!!! How is your time more important then mine but more importantly its your job to serve me and make all customers feel like they are valued. Pick up your game. That is not a manager I would want as an example to other employees

All the food was cold and we were left waiting in drive thru for ages, so we were under the misconception that it would at least be freshly made therefore hot! So totally unimpressed by the service and food. Don’t waste your time folks. There is a McDonalds across the road one street up.

Needs to be high pressure cleaner. And a make over. Staff are good food good.

Three times I told the server that we wanted the BLAT breaky wrap and they still gave us the standard one. They need to train ther staff to listen.
