Usually we are very happy with the service you provide but not this time as it appears that you have lost my new scripts that you were entrusted with to provide Webster packs.nnI've been made aware by others who use this service that this has been happening on a regular basis.nnSometimes you choose to contact the issuing doctor other times it is left to the customer to do so. Either way we are left without our required medication that complicates treatment for our life changing conditions (Heart & Stroke).nWell Done.

Could you please provide a seven day a week service? Alternating Sunday, for a few hours isn’t enough. And why not open on Boxing Day like most other stores on the centre? Especially when a chemist is an essential service not a luxury.

Recieved terrible customer service from a girl named Khloe. She was rude and unhelpful. Don't work in customer service if you can't be bothered to provide it. 0/10 would recommend.
