Hungry Jack's Burgers Townsville

bacon cooked to much it was hard & chewy coffee cold. hashbrowns cooked to much .nWon't be back waste of $18.00.nAlso because I was had a voucher i had to pay in 3 lots. wast of time.nCustomer service. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.nDiscussing.

Absolutely discussed at the service in this place. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes being completely ignored by staff. Asked for a manager and was still ignored. The owners and management in this place are incompetent to say the least. Stay away from this so called restaurant.

Got a whopper cheese yesterday. The burger was so bland and had no flavour. Literally so disgusting and for some reason the pickles tasted different, I am pre sure that it was expired. The burgers honestly need to be made with more care. I would not mind waiting a couple extra minutes if it means I am getting a good burger.

Went in store, stood at counter for 10 minutes, wasn't looked at or spoken to once, asked for manager, was completely ignored. Never be back again. No customer service at all. Woefull. Doesn't even deserve one star. Filthy store too.

Been through the drive thru a few times. No problems so far
