McDonald's Townsville Willows

The staff try their best within busy periods, which shows some great work ethic and makes the sometimes long waits worth it. I cannot say the same for some managers in this store, there are not very many managers here that please me. The young manager, Jack, seems to be the politest of the bunch, as he is the only one that was willing to stop what he was doing to help myself out with in incorrect order. I never let my grandchildren into that playground area, far too unsanitary for my liking.

Great place to take the grandkids. Self serve ordering gets on my pip though. If they had an amount off your order for you to do it yourself maybe I wouldn't mind. The young manager was a treat when my granddaughter wanted to change her toy. She was really concerned about asking. He made it all better with a smile.

They Wouldn't honour a coupon from their own store. They charged full price for the 2 free coffees & then I was made to wait 17 minutes in my car @ 5am (not peak hour) & was served both meals & coffees cold.nShould of went to HJ's @ Willows.nIt even has HIGHER rated reviews, as well as better quality food products!

Great experience after travelling from out of town. But since its regular trip on a Sunday fortnightly male toilets seem be not as clean or something broken.

Been here several times. No problems.nnP.s. Hungry Jack's frozen drinks taste better
