Friendly and welcoming staff, great classes, great creche! Highly recommend this gym. They have made it really easy and enjoyable to get back into exercise!

A review what is a review it is one prisons experience with some thing or someone or a business in this case a business GENESIS JIM WILLOWS I had been with the Willows Jim for some six ( 6 ) years I seen a lot of staff and members come and go but my overall experience was positive yes there were times some of the equipment was broken some times for a wile overall was in good shape some of it ageing but still working as was intended I found there was plenty of machines well-spaced so as not to crowd out the next one plenty of weights but I think what made this Jim for me was the staff always friendly and helpful if not under exercise instruction and you asked a question or how to use a piece of equipment no problem for them so I don’t think it comes any better but I will see as I had to move along so an other chapter of my journey through life begins

Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. Love the group fitness classes, so much fun and easy to book through the app.

I love this Gym, and Im the type that can get turned off pretty quickly.nI love the staff, they're very friendly and knowledgable.nIt's been many years since i've been to the gym due to working commitments and family life. So joining again was a little daunting for me. New machines that I haven't used before were intimidating, but the staff helped build my confidence in how to use them and not injure my self in the process. I love the separate woman's section, they're days where i want to do squats and showing my cheeks :) is uncomfortable in the opens sections so the women's section is perfect. Lots of variety, lots of machines so there is always machines available, there is classes as well.The creche is great, my little girl loves going there. There's showers, Toilets, and a selfie mirror for your progress with privacy. I highly recommend this Gym. Ive been going for 6 months so that says something. Looking forward to my next session.

Myself and my daughter who has a disability have been welcomed with opened arms and a lot of support. Having the exercise Phys on site as well means I can exercise while my daughter is supported by the exercise phys. Highly recommend this gym and its staff to all the special needs community and everyone
