I only gave a 1 star rating because it’s not possible to give a negative grade. I needed a screen protector for my S9+. Before purchasing the product I was assured the screen protector was of a high quality, and paid the full amount ($20) for it. However, after the protector was applied in store by the shop attendant it gave my screen a foggy hue and stopped the left hand side of my screen from working. I highlighted my queries with the rather stout attendant and surprisingly he did agree the screen was not working. I kindly asked for a full refund however he stated he cannot reuse the screen that he applied to my phone and was only prepared to offer a 50% refund. I spent the next three or so minutes explaining what the federal and state government define as Fair Trading only to be met with the same response of a 50% refund. Woefully, I accepted the offer of the %50 refund as opposed to tending to my lesser instincts which would have resulted in considerable court fees and a likely gaol sentence. At the end of the day, I lost $10. The only reason why I felt compelled to write this review was based purely on the principal, if you come to the crease, be prepared to play good cricket.nnTL/DR: Didn’t get what I paid for, still had to pay.

Under new management have only visited once since but found gentleman who owns place is very helpful

There is no one at this shop, we have been there twice now, and there is no one picking up the phone either.

Dropped my phone in water so took it for repair. Got it back and not all the buttons work and it gets hot. Was quite cheap though
