Russell and his team do an amazing job. I have had garden maintenance done by them (general gardening, tidy up, gutters cleared and weed removal) before a rental inspection and the real estate were extremely impressed with how good it looked when they did the inspection.nnNothing is too much effort for them. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Russell and his team at Coastal Property Maintenance do an outstanding job with mowing and maintenance of my property / lawns. Their exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of landscaping and maintenance is second to none, and my lawns have never looked better. Very professional and highly recommended.

I was quite anxious about having to leave our house empty and temporarily relocate to Western Australia because of Covid. The moment I met Russell I was confident that I could entrust him with the keys to our property. Russell took notes of what was required and was quite candid in the fact that he wouldn't come and do any work and charge us if it wasn't necessary, ie whipper snipping every time when nobody was benefitting from it. The best part was receiving photo's of every aspect of our gardens, house and pool every time Russell had completed works. It was so comforting to be able to see how beautiful our property looked from afar. I would highly recommend Coastal property maintenance whether you are home or away.nRegards,nSharon ClarkenBuderim

Proprietor Russell has a no nonsense approach. My personal experience was one of being confronted with holistic honesty that came from a lifetime of experience. As a long distance landlord it can be hard, however Russell kept his word and followed through and without unexpected costs. The job was completed on time and he had fantastic advise for future direction of my investment property. I have retained Coastal Property Maintenance services permanently to maintain the property during tenancy. VERY HAPPY!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Russell's service. I was blown away by the thoroughness of his (and his team) cleaning service and this review is written by someone who has very high standards! Meticulous is one word to best describe Russell followed by professional, personable and reliable. In the end there was no choice but to get Russell to also do the outside of our house to match the high standard of the inside :) Thank you Russell - finally a service that delivers on all fronts!
