I've been visiting Dr Newell for 15 years, he's very calm, polite and an incredibly astute doctor. Both Rhonda and Elsie his receptionist's are polite, professional and are always pleasant to deal with. 5 stars from me.
Dr. Mark was nice... felt a bit rushed out though..
New to the clinic.... So rocked up early to fill in form, etc... Had an appt at 12.15 pm... The receptionist knew it was my lunch break... Did not get into the Dr until 12.45 pm, to be in the Dr's office for a measly 5 minutes... There was no communication from the receptionist to say Dr was running late or even an apology. Poor service..
