Da Marino Italian restaurant

We ordered 2 pizzas & a risotto at 5.38pm. Delivery eta was 6.38pm - we didn’t receive our order so called to ask where it was, the employee said “on the way” and hung up. We then had to call back again asking once more “what time would the order be here?” It was now 7.15pm and the second time we called we were advised that the delivery driver left it on the doorstep due to contactless trade. Our food went cold from sitting at the door for over 10 minutes, it was EXTREMELY burnt and the risotto tasted like a bucket of rice pudding it was disgusting to say the least. We have thrown out the food as it tastes terrible. We don’t understand why we didn’t head a knock at the door to advise us our food was here since we are sitting in the front room right next to the front door. We also didn’t understand why last week they delivered the food to us by knocking but this time there was no knock or communication. Very disappointed as we have ordered from here before and been happy but this was terrible service AND terrible food!

Ordered the Fettuccine & a garlic bread, Fettuccine was a sloppy mess, hardly any pasta & the creamy sauce was pretty much water! As for the toasted bread (suppose to be garlic bread) it was plain & tasted stale... Very disappointed to say the least..ud83eudd2c

I had the Stockman's pizza. It has large beef chunks on it. However they were very tuff. I ended up by pulling them off and just eating the rest of the pizza without them. The pasta we had was very nice though.

Had 3 types of veggie pizza takeaway and we enjoyed all 3. Filling pizzas but not inexpensive.

Nice pizzas. Ordered a Margarita & a chicken pizza on the 10/7/2020 they tasted goood but started to feel ill a little time afterwards. Ok the next day.
