My husband and I have been going to Chas Sankey Fraser in Warwick for all our eye testing and glasses for a number of years. Both of us have been very happy with all our prescription glasses.Tim is very professional and thorough and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Well set out store in Stanthorpe with very friendly staff and opening hours that suit my working hours. Optometrist (Tim) was very quick to explain oddities in my eye photos, very comforting. Well done team.

I think Tim is a great optometrist, however some of his staff at Stanthorpe are incompetent and Warwick are no better. Jessica was the only decent one that helped me. Tim's new prescription for long distance was perfect as was his new script for computer (intermediate). The paid glasses came out spot on, however the government glasses I paid $80 extra for anti-reflective coating, and they didn't work. I found out afterwards that gov don't do intermediate, so they did them as reading glasses, which don't work for computer. I see perfectly for reading so this was a waste of my money! They stuffed up my son's twice and they are still not right.
