We purchased lamb cutlets, loins and salami at the Milton Markets a couple of weeks ago. Without exception we found them to be flavoursome and so tender. The salami was delicious! I can highly recommend both fresh and lightly fried off with a squeeze of fresh lime. Bellissimo!
I have purchased free range lamb, pork and eggs from Tim at Eggcettera and can hand on my heart say it is the best produce I've tasted! The lamb is just melt in your mouth and our kids love it too. I'll be ordering again for sure. Tim is so friendly and easy to deal with and I love the convenience of home delivery straight to our door in Brisbane.
