Remote and remarkable! Closed the farm gate and entered a peaceful place. The cottage is so quant and has all the special touches including monopoly, marshmallows and a firepit. Couldn't tell you if the TV works as we never switched it on. Spent hours out walking across the paddocks and even attempted some fishing in the creek. Perfect getaway to recharge the batteries.

Deb is a great person who is always willing to assist and offer advice, great for person who has limited knowledge of food.

What a great property! While staying in Scenic Rim region, we visited Running Creek Beef to pick up some beef and a Scenic Rim Produce Box which we had pre ordered. We had also pre-arranged a tour of the property for my wife and I and two kids (4 year old and 20 months). It was an amazing experience with Rod and Deb so generous with their time telling us the story of the property, showing us around and the kids loved hand feeding the cattle. The beef (rib fillet and eye fillet) was delicious on the BBQ and the Scenic Rim produce box full of great locally grown produce including eggs, a generous amount of veggies and herbs. With delivery available into Brisbane, we will definitely be ordering Running Creek Beef in the future. Will also be back to stay in the onsite cottage for the full farm stay experience.
