When I met Honni my feelings about my life were that I was 'doing it wrong'. I was anxious, depressed at times, generally unhappy and not much enjoying things. I didn’t know what to do about it. I knew I needed support but have worked with numerous psychologists over the years without feeling any lasting improvement. With Honni it’s different. She’s easy to talk to and completely non-judgemental. She’s passionate about helping women like me and highly skilled at pinpointing the issues we need to talk about. She’s teaching me that it’s largely the stories I tell myself that determine my experience of whatever life brings. I am beginning to feel more self-respect and confidence as well as optimism and excitement about my future.
Honni was so warm and caring when we came to her seeking help for my daughter who was extremely afraid of the dark. Most nights our bedroom was filled with 4 bodies and this was starting to take it's toll on all of our relationships.nAfter just 3 sessions with Honni we've got our bedroom back and everyone is getting a good nights sleep.nHonni is a genius!
Honni is very experienced, friendly, caring, understanding and most of all, she is very supportive! Her clinic is in the country surrounded by rolling hills and has a beautiful big window to look out of whilst you are there, which I found very calming. I highly recommend Honni!
