Owner of business lost my sewing machine and says I never even took it for a service. I took my Machine there on Tuesday 2 weeks ago filled out the little yellow card while she was too busy cutting out fabric to really acknowledge me. She told me it was my feeding dogs that needed fixing so I wrote it on the card. Waiting to hear back I have called 3 x and text 4 x and she has told me are you sure you bought it here. Then very unprofessionally said you can come look for it if you like. Very rude very unprofessionally and terrible service

Friendly staff, great communication and when I picked up my new embroidery machine the ladies made me feel welcome and gave me 4 hours free training!!!!! great experience, thank you Jody and Jenny
