We were originally recommended this company but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Initially we were contacted by Grace who was organising a quote for new house guttering. We were told the guys would come out at 8.30-9am where I then waited for hours so I phoned the office to be then told the guys didn't know a time and they then showed up around midday. Two days later still waiting on the quote so I called the office and spoke to Grace who told me that the quote is sitting in front of her and I'll receive it in the afternoon. Still nothing.nnI think companies these days are selecting who they want to provide a service to and don't want your business when they're busy. It's very disappointing that it's difficult to receive good customer service these days. I see this company has 3 reviews that are good however my experience was poor right from the start and that is not a very good look for a company.

Craig and his team came round to repair a rubbish pergola roof and fix a down pipe. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but he got it all done and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I was very impressed at their work ethic and timeliness.
