Staff and manager all cranky and unhappy. Imagine how much busier it would be if head of Coles cleaned out the stores and got better staff. I refuse to shop there now and instead shop in Woolworths next door.
Only 1 sanitation station at 1 shopping trolley collection area despite there being 3 distinctly areas to collect trolleys from. Poor signage or lack thereof with regards to current health advisories. Not ever stepping into that place ever again unless I have a MOPP suit. Common sense (a Super power nowadays) would dictate that ALL places that customers can collect a trolley from the store front, must have a sanitation station.nn*Staff's attitude was more consistent with impatience to close up, than being cognisant of the situation, that I have not been to that store since last year. How would they know that I haven't been there in a while you ask? If you repeat the same answer over and over again with response in affirmation of the answer, then one has to ask themselves that maybe the person they are interacting with is not familiar with that store's current layout.
Very helpful and friendly Staff, clear and wide aisles, very easy to move around in my Wheelchair, but there was no Scooters to hire. The Shopping Centres that have them are becoming less.
Always like to check prices. The items I usually purchase were not on special so left empty handed.
