Always such amazing service every time we visit. Friendly supportive and knowledgeable staff. We mainly visit to purchase food and always a great selection to choose from. My Staffy knows exactly where we are when we pull up and she loves to visit as well. Thank you for being an amazing local small business :-)

Not knowing exactly what we were looking for, we brought our puppy in with us. While staff was busy, we looked around & our social girl introduced herself to EVERYone! ud83dude04 As we were looking at beds one young staff member came over & started informing us about the right kind of beds for the right size of the dog, thinking about her as she ages as well & possible arthritis. Something that will keep her cool in summer but still comfortable in winter. If she in an inside or outside dog. We talked for ages. It was lovely. More stores need well informed staff like that but also that beautiful, cheerful spirit! She sat with our Groodle & kept her calm almost the whole time we were there! (She is a few months & extremely hyper ud83eudd2d as puppy training is still just kicking in) Aaawwwwud83eudd70nAlso I noticed their prices are cheaper than regular stores! ud83dude03ud83dudc4d What more could you want?!

Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Lovely local Pet Shop, a great range of products, very friendly and knowledgeable service. Have been coming here for many years, have just moved across to Redcliffe but will keep coming back.
