Domino's Pizza Bracken Ridge

The delivered horrible and wrong pizza...! Last manager need to learn some etiquettes...! Called twice in the store and she hung up...! Went to store and again same attitude...!!!

Further to this review we ordered online & paid for the 20 minute delivery guarantee to wait an hour & half to have our pizza arrive cold which needed to be reheated in the oven. Wrote a complaint to Domino's Head office to be sent a voucher for a free pizza. No apology nothing. Sorry won't be back, so much for your flag ship store.nnWoeful !!nnIf you buy a BBQ meat lovers expect no cheese BBQ sauce and a single piece of salami on each slice. Plus you are told your order will take 20 minutes and you will wait at least an hour. You can also expect to watch your ordered extras to be taken by the delivery drivers. Then you'll be told it's another 20 minute wait for your extras. Just go elsewhere this store isn't worth the effort or the disappointment.

Always quick. Always hot and always a nice ratio of toppings. Never disappointed

The local pizza shop. Ordered a meatlovers and pepperoni last night and they were both great. meatlovers needed more toppings though. but overall good

Terrible service! The photos from the “Dom tracker” showed up at 6pm with an estimated delivery time of 6:28pm by 6:40pm with no delivery insight I called the store asking where the order was I was told they would check and was put on hold, after 15mins of being on hold I hung up and called back to be put on hold for another ridiculous wait, I was told the driver should be only 5mins and that if I was concerned the pizzas would be cold given the wait time they could be remade but I would have to come pick them up. By 7:10 our $80 order finally arrived and was stone cold. I was told by the driver that if I wasn’t happy I could call the store, no doubt only to be put on hold yet again. Service was terrible, food was terrible will definitely not return or recommend.
