Heavens Candles

I bought an aroma swirl mist diffuser from heavens candles for my mother's 75rh birthday. I set it up at my mum's and it didn't work even after 1.5 hrs. I took it back to the store at northlakes, Queensland and they said they don't do refunds only exchanges within 30 days even if it's broken. This no refund policy is not written anywhere in-store. Only on your docket after you purchase it. The lady tried it at store and a small amount of mist came out, but not what I would consider adequate. I took it back to my mother's and once again it didn't work even after over an hour. I read all the instructions and knew I set it up correctly. I took it back to the northlakes store again. When the male manager set it up it didn't work for him, so he fiddled with it and pushed and prodded it, and a very faint must cane out but still bot properly. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get them to send out another base for it. We said no, we want a refund. He said his eftpos wasn't working so he couldn't give me a refund. He took my phone number and said he would call me in the coming days. Even though I saw other people purchasing products on eftpos. This service just isn't good enough. If they don't give me a refund for my faulty product I will be taking the matter to consumer affairs. If I were you I'd take my business to dusk who offer a 1year warranty and told me they would refund my money no questions asked. Not happy!

Best candle place I've been too. Michelle is a super amazing lady and very helpful. I will always get my candles from her. Definitely highly recommend that you visit this place. Candles smell amazing and have some prettt awesome oil burners. I got the owl one. Love love love this place.

A friend got me on to these guys and absolutely love them! Keeps the house smelling so wonderful!

I was greeted by a young girl who was extremely rude and was very pushy. I asked her a simple question and she acted like I was horrible for even asking a question. The store itself is nice but a bit pricy.
