Pilates Fix Studio

I really enjoy the individualised group classes. I’m not an expert at all but feel really comfortable on all the equipment with Julie’s teaching. Julie is so experienced and understanding of body limitations. I love pilates again after starting 2 months ago at Pilates Fix after a 15 year hiatus from pilates after some bad experiences.

Julie is wonderful and made me feel so comfortable when I was first starting pilates. Her classes are small, personal and customised to how you're feeling each day. She spends plenty of time with her clients through the session to make sure they are doing each movement safely and makes adjustments if needed. I highly recommend Julie and her lovely Brighton studio to everyone!

Julie really knows her stuff. She's friendly and supportive and always accommodating when you have injuries or limitations to work around, adapting exercises easily so you still get the benefit. The studio is really well kitted out. Julie has the knack of explaining exercises clearly, and monitors your movements to ensure your form is correct and you're getting maximum benefit. Love my weekly sessions and highly recommend Pilates Fix.

Julie listens carefully to what you say and then tailors a program that is just right for you. She is very friendly and welcoming. Also the studio is well set up and comfortable for doing the classes.
