I am a regular and I’m not surprise to read bad reviews recently. Customer service from this station has been declining in the past months. Just a piece of advice, you have to value other peoples business if you want to gain more customer. It doesn’t hurt to be nice.

Sometimes petrol service people can grate on our nerves when it seems they are intentionally ignoring us. That was what happened on me when I went to ask a staff, but pretended that he can't hear me, because he was too busy talking to his mate on mobile. I was appaled and just left and went to another petrol station where they valued my business.

I was considering getting my petrol from this station, because it is on my way going to the place where I work, until I read all the reviews from local guides. I always relied on reviews coming from these people, because they are reliable, not coming from a one time reviewers.

I would have too disagree with some of these reviews. I go to this BP often as I work and live in the area. The young girl that works there is always extremely friendly and polite.

Always efficient and friendly. Wonderful service with Staff teaching me to put air in my tyres.
