I went through Paul Lewin at 1300 BUGMAN to conduct a pre-purchase pest inspection. He then organized a builder's inspection to go along with it at a discounted price. Rodney Barnes at RE & JA Barnes conducted the builder's inspection. I highly recommend both of them for a pre-purchase inspection. They did an amazing job and continued to give me ongoing help with the pre-purchase of the house.
